Every project is a little different, so pricing depends on what we’re creating, how long we need to film, the number of locations and deliverables, and how much editing is involved. Once I know what you’re looking for, I’ll give you a clear quote before anything is booked.

That depends on the project, but a typical production can include planning, filming, editing, colour correction and grading, audio cleanup, music and final exports. Anything specific to your project will be outlined in the quote so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Turnaround depends on the scope of the project. Shorter, simpler videos can often be delivered within 24 hours, while larger projects may need a little more time. Once I know what we’re creating, I’ll give you a clear turnaround estimate before we get started. If you’re working toward a specific deadline, just let me know upfront.

Yes. I want you to be happy with the finished product, so projects include an agreed revision stage. The number of included revisions will be outlined before we start. Major changes to the original direction or additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Yep! If you need vertical, horizontal, shorter cutdowns, captioned versions or other platform-specific exports, let me know when we’re planning the project so they can be included in the scope.

Absolutely! If you already have footage and just need help turning it into a finished video, send over some details about what you have and how you’d like the final piece to look. I’ll let you know what’s possible and what I’d need from you.

Raw footage isn’t automatically included unless it’s part of the agreed project scope. If you know you’ll want the original files, let me know before the project starts, and we can include that in the conversation.

I’m based in Kitchener-Waterloo and can travel depending on the project. If filming requires additional travel, multiple locations, permits or other location-specific costs, we’ll sort that out before booking.

Things happen. If you need to move a shoot date, let me know as early as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate it. Any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling terms that apply to your project will be made clear before the booking is confirmed.

At the moment, I’m unable to take on real estate-related media work due to existing contractual obligations connected to my full-time employment in the real estate industry.
